Waterford Market (Now Closed)

The market is now closed due to the death of its owner, Linda Landreth (An interview with Linda).

This small market provided locally grown lamb, hand-made woolen products, and local crafts as well as groceries. Located in historic Waterford, Virginia, the market was a convenient stop our your tour of Loudoun County. The hand crafted woolen products range from woolen gloves, hats and scarves to washing machine wool dryer balls. The store, with a pot-bellied stove and a dog sleeping nearby, and the Waterford Post Office served as the town’s daily “meeting spots” for the village's residents.
